Sageworks Handles Government and Bank Audits

Raleigh, N.C.
(July 2, 2009)

By WebCPA Staff

Sageworks has released two new analytical procedure modules for auditing government entities, banks and other financial institutions.

The new Profitcents Analytical Procedures for Government Entities and Financial Institutions are designed for CPAs and accounting professionals who conduct audits and reviews of governments and banks. The modules are based on the worksheet functionality in Sageworks’ existing analytical procedures for nonprofit and for-profit audit and review engagements. They include expected values, focus areas, threshold analysis and the ability to annualize data.
