Sage Gives Free Copies of Peachtree to Flooded Businesses

Sage Software is distributing free copies of Peachtree Accounting to small businesses that have been affected by the recent floods in Atlanta.

Sage employees are also volunteering in the community to help small businesses with their cleanup and rebuilding efforts.

“We want to get the word out around the Atlanta metro area: we’re here to help small businesses if they need it: by assisting with their cleanup and rebuilding efforts, by giving them Peachtree Accounting to help get their business back on track as soon as possible, or both," said Sage senior vice president and general manager of small business accounting solutions Connie Certusi. “Our Peachtree business was born here and grew up around Atlanta, and we're happy to give our neighbors a hand.”

For any small business that was already using Peachtree, Sage will replace it with the corresponding 2010 version. For any small business that wasn’t using Peachtree to manage their accounting, Sage will provide a not-for-resale copy of the multi-user version of Peachtree by Sage 2010 Complete Accounting free of charge, to assist them in rebuilding their business.

For more information, visit www.peachtree.com/lp/floodoutreach/ between now and Oct. 30. Any small businesses in need of volunteer assistance for their cleanup or rebuilding efforts can call Sage at (770) 724-4000.
