KPMG LLP has named Chris Housman as a new partner in the U.S. firm’s International Corporate Services practice.

In his new role, Housman will help the firm’s banking and commercial clients with international tax and compliance issues. He previously was senior vice president and head of international tax for a leading financial services company. Housman also spent 12 years with the international tax practice at another Big Four firm in the Carolinas, where he advised inbound and outbound clients on a wide range of tax matters.

“Chris brings a wealth of technical skills and practical professional experience to our team, and I expect that he will be a great asset to our banking and commercial clients in the Carolinas,” said Chuck Walker, Southeast area managing partner for KPMG LLP's Tax practice.
