OIC TAX PLANNER

IConcept's OIC Tax Planner bundles required forms and current IRS Offer in Compromise regulations into an interactive desktop application.

The system's Fill-in-the-Form platform lets accountants enter data once and flow it into the appropriate schedules, forms and overflow sheets to generate Form 656. Practitioners can prescreen clients for eligibility before completing Forms 433A and 433B. The system also calculates the minimum amount required to submit based on IRS guidelines.

CLIENTVISION

ClientVision from AdviceAmerica provides financial advisors with a client relationship management tool that integrates financial data and records in Microsoft Outlook.

The Web-based system integrates with Outlook's contacts, email, calendar and task management functions and also integrates with AdviceAmerica's AdvisorVision financial planning application. Advisors can upload client documents such as financial plans, wills and insurance policies as well as record history of client communications and recommendations. The system also allows for collecting account data from sources such as Albridge, Pershing, TD Ameritrade and DST in real time.

ORGANIZATION CHART MANAGER

Journyx's Organization Chart Manager builds a graphical representation of companies while Journyx Timesheet 7.7, its Web-based time tracking tool, adds new holiday schedules.

The OC Compliance Tool shows a high-level view of compliance status across every branch of an organization and indicates where the gaps are in submitted and approved timesheets. The OC Reader automates the maintenance of a top-down reporting structure and a bottom-up approval structure. Customers now can assign owners and backup owners to projects. Reporting and administration features include the ability to change user names and login IDs.

BILLFLO

BillFLO's electronic invoicing network can email invoices to customers who then import them into their accounting systems.

It integrates with QuickBooks, Freshbooks, Less Accounting, Harvest and Blinksale and the makers plan for it to interface with other United States and international accounting systems later this year. The average computer user can set up billFLO in five minutes, according to Anoowa, the company that launched it.
